Essentially the lifeblood of town, UW Madison is the reason why Madison is a popular destination for travelers and refugees. A center for research and culture, people from all over come to trade information and items here. The lecture halls are still well maintained although you'll find that classes aren't taught anymore and are instead makeshift shelters. The science buildings are full researchers doing their own independent research and are always looking for help. There are numerous faction recruiters around campus but generally do not exert any significant influnce knowing that UW-Madison is so important. The Lorekeepers operate from here and are always in need of relics. Because it does sustain a rather large population, people are hesitant to offer major help to travelers unless they're willing to help the college out. |
